Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician (or a canine rehabilitation professional / animal lover with some medical background) to care for a paralyzed french bulldog on a regular basis, minimum 2 hrs per week, with opportunity for dog sitting for periods of time.
Key tasks:
- Canine rehabilitation (training to be provided if needed)
- Bladder expressions
- Play (while taking necessary precautions)
- General care (while taking necessary precautions)
Experience with special needs dogs, ideally dogs with IVDD, is preferred.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
