Position Summary:
The role of an Inside Salesperson holds a key position on 2/90’s sales team, supporting company-wide sales growth through focused efforts in assigned geographical territories. Efforts include territory growth initiatives, customer relationship building, and general sales responsibilities across all 2/90 products, service platforms, and market and customer channels.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively engage in activities that promote territory growth by working with 2/90’s outside Sales Agencies in assigned territories. Increase market share through 2/90’s product and service offerings, and market and customer channels.
· Oversee your assigned territories’ sales quotas and manage activities to achieve success. Self-evaluate progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Strive to meet or exceed goals.
· Develop and implement annual territory sales plans with sales management approval to include a specific go-to-market strategy with outside Sales Agencies, ensuring their sales activities align with 2/90’s corporate sales plan initiatives.
· Represent 2/90 to all clients by demonstrating core company values through your sales engagements. Build relationships with key accounts and specifiers. Get to know personnel at your territory’s top dealers and sign companies. Put forth focused efforts in developing relationships with key specifiers.
· Promote 2/90 products and services to potential and existing clients in collaboration with Sales Reps.
· Qualify, shape, and steer new sales opportunities. Establish the recommended sales strategy and direct the sales path with Sales Reps, Customer Service, Project Management, and Services Departments. Ensure that project hand-offs have clear, clean, and actionable steps for support to follow.
· Provide day-to-day supervision of sales activities in-house and in the field. Make decisions within the parameters of your authority and provide direction to colleagues and subordinates that advance the territory sales initiatives and goals.
· Track Open Quotes through the sales cycle from quote submission, client quote review, and client decision on a weekly basis. Direct follow-up activity and personally follow-up as appropriate.
· Some travel for trade shows, regional events, meetings, and field Rep training as directed by Sales Management.
· Other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits…
Base salary plus quarterly performance compensation. Health insurance, 401K plan, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), paid time-off, and anniversary pay. Travel-related expenses are covered by 2/90.
Qualifications….
· Minimum three years of sales experience is required.
· College degree is preferred.
· Signage or industry-related experience is a plus.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills; initiative-taker, critical thinker, relationship builder.
· Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite.
