Job Summary
This position serves as the Senior Strategic Planning Specialist for 2 Circle Consulting Inc. The Senior Strategic Planning Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the future mission, vision, and strategic imperatives of 2 Circle Inc. This position will directly support the CEO staff, 2 Circle Red Team, and Strategic Planning and Execution. The candidate’s strategic insights and expertise will be instrumental in enabling 2 Circle to survive and thrive in dynamic market environments.
Essential Job Functions
- Support CEO staff to execute 2 Circle Executive POAM and Annual Goals
- Provide support to 2 Circle Strategic Planning and Red Teams
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the company's long-term growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure effective execution of strategic imperatives, projects, and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic imperative/initiatives, identifying potential risks and providing proactive solutions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of strategy or Red Team products to Founders, Executive Team, and Senior Managers, communicating strategic recommendations and progress updates.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance strategic planning processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Masters degree –in any of the following fields: business or engineering relevant fields. Work experience may be considered as a substitute for the degree requirement.
- 20 experience in Strategic leadership; Command of Squadron, Group or Wing / civilian equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- SECRET Clearance required. As part of our pre-employment hiring process, background checks are performed on applicants without an active security clearance.
