Job Summary: As a Mover, you will be the muscle, momentum, and moxie of our crew. You will start by assisting with safely and efficiently packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customers' belongings. This role requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Movers are concentrated and careful, moving important items where they need to go while providing a top-notch experience for our clients.
With rapid advancement opportunities, you can work your way up to a Driver position. Drivers will work with the moving crew, with the added responsibility of taking great care and operating our 26' box trucks. To be eligible as a driver, you’ll need to be 21 to be added to our insurance and have a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, transport, and unload household and office items.
- Handle items with care to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
- Operate moving equipment such as dollies and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving trucks and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Drivers: Safely operate 26' box trucks and ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Compensation:
- New movers: $18.00 per hour
- Movers with prior industry experience: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
- Drivers: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
- Crew Chiefs: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Previous moving experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Drivers: Must be 21 with a clean driving record.
