What You'll Do (Besides Talk About Diving All Day!):
Sales & Customer Service:
Help customers find the perfect gear to fuel their underwater adventures.
Share your passion for diving by recommending equipment, training, and dive trips.
Create an awesome in-store experience that keeps divers coming back.
Smash sales goals and earn incentives while doing what you love!
Service & Gear Tech:
Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs like a pro.
Make sure divers’ gear is in top shape—because safety and performance matter!
Keep service records organized and the repair shop stocked with essential parts.
Train and support SCUBA service and technician staff to maintain high standards.
Team & Store Leadership:
Lead a team of dive enthusiasts to create an amazing retail environment.
Develop cool promotions, events, and sales strategies.
Keep inventory in check so we always have the best gear available.
Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth daily operations.
What You Need to Bring to the Surface:
Certified scuba diver (Divemaster or Instructor will receive first consideration!).
Experience in scuba sales, retail, or equipment servicing.
Passion for diving and knowledge of gear, brands, and trends.
Technical skills in servicing and maintaining scuba equipment (certs in gear repair? Even better!).
Stellar customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to manage sales, inventory, and store operations.
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
