Location : Sonora, CA (In office role) at the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains & one hour from Yosemite National Park.
This position is an in-office / non-hybrid / non-remote role.

Since the 1970’s, the company has been offering diverse investment, development, construction, and property management services across multiple property types with a focus on class A essential service, single tenant and build-to-suit development, serving a variety of Fortune 500 and small to medium-sized retail clients.
Director of Real Estate – The “Deal Manager” will report to the principal, overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth handoff to the project managers on the development and construction team while also managing delivery and stabilization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail real estate development and be skilled in underwriting, deal structuring, commercial lease negotiation, pre-development, and transaction management.
- Must have 10 to 15 years in retail acquisition and transaction management.
- Experience leading site evaluation, selection, entitlements, title and escrow activities, real estate and legal activities, developing business plans, and working with local municipalities.
Director of Construction – Oversee a team of 12 Project Managers, Project superintendents, coordinators, and accounting across 14 retail development projects at any time.
Development Project Manager – Reports to the principal and oversees all due diligence, design, budgeting, and pre-construction for ALL of the company’s development projects. This is primarily an in-office role with little travel to sites.
