General Responsibility:
The Sales Administrator provides broad-based administrative support to help with achieving operational goals. This role requires adaptability within a collaborative office environment for the administrative logistics that keep the Single-Family Homes division running efficiently.
Significant Duties:
- Upload Jobs in Procore
- Downloads and Distributes Job Production Schedule from builders
- Maintains Field Work Orders, Purchase Orders’s and Builder Payments.
- Releases new jobs to field and involved departments.
- Maintains direct communication with builders.
- Assists with handling the flow of contract documents
- Creates and prices out structural and finish options
- Responsible for maintaining options verification and communication with Builders and Superintendents.
- Reads building plans to assist Estimator with bid process
- Coordinates and schedules Pre-Job Meetings for all new awarded Jobs
- Assist with cross training and development of department SOP’s.
- Believes in and champions 20/20’s core values and inspires others to do the same.
- Other duties or projects assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, continued/ongoing education and training related to administrative functions.
- One or more years of experience in construction sales or estimating.
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Must be able to use critical thinking to effectively solve issues
- Good typing skills and ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing and managing situations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels in the organization.
- Detail oriented ability to prioritize with strong organization skills
- Ability to understand and analyze data to make decisions
- Self-Motivator / Self-Starter
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
Physical Requirements:
The position of SF Sales Administrator requires that you are able to lift objects that weight up to 25 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrist and arms.
