Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and hard-working Bilingual (Spanish) Inside Sales
Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting pre-
qualified leads into new customers, helping to close deals that meet client needs while
driving company revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Close sales with qualified Spanish speaking leads to generate new business and
meet customer needs.
- Track and report on sales cycle progress to ensure customer acquisition goals
are met.
- Maintain the customer database with accurate, up-to-date information on past,
current, and potential clients.
- Upsell additional services where possible to achieve the best deal for the client
and the company.
- Qualify all incoming and transferred leads to ensure they meet sales criteria.
- Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication
channels to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Clearly explain our services and fee structure to prospective clients.
- Collect, review, and prepare documentation for new prospects and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
strongly preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in tax resolution, sales or related fields.
- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain an Enrolled Agent (EA) license in good
standing with the IRS.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Consistently closing deals that can contribute to more than $200,000 in annual
earnings.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals and achieving targets.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline filled with highly qualified
prospects.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions
that meet client needs.
