Description
The Scheduling Specialist must provide superior communication skills at the same time being detail oriented in a professional high-level manner.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with Signing Agents.
- Confirm appointments with borrowers in order to meet specific scheduling and signing requirements.
- Build and maintain working relationships with team members, management and signing agents.
- Monitor the scheduling queue to ensure client turn times are met.
- Review special instructions to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately.
- Working the assigned tasks given for that day.
- Enter scheduling requests as necessary
- Assign scheduling requests within the company’s turn time per client agreement
- Monitor vendor fees to ensure fee guidelines are being met
- Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1 year of title industry experience.
- Proven strong customer service and communications skills a must.
Skills And Abilities:
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail
- Solid organizational and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player with a positive attitude
- Highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and to direct others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Prior Work Experience:
- Technical: Minimum 1 year experience
- Supervisory: None
Education and Credentials:
- Required: HS Diploma/GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- Other Certifications:: Some college is preferred over a HS Diploma/ GED
