Work Shift : Day - 12 Hour (United States of America)

Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and providing support and education to patients and their families. Prioritize each patient's nursing care needs through use of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and advocating for their well-being. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, promoting health initiatives, and participating in ongoing professional development. Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on the unit or floor assigned. Provides care in accordance with Houston Healthcare's Plan for the Provision of Nursing Care, Standards of Care, and Standards of Performance.
Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
