Position Highlights: Position: Application Analyst III - Ambulatory / Healthy Planet Hourly Pay Range: $41.64 - $64.54. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville IL Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Hybrid Position Job Summary: As an Application Analyst III at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. In addition, you will contribute toward identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and helping create innovative solutions with operations. You will help foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned. To be successful in this role, the expectation is you will remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. What you will do: Lead the design, documentation, implementation and testing of software/application solutions. Act as the lead builder and often facilitate meetings with operations to communicate technical options that involve the use of Ambulatory and Population Health workflows, reporting tools, and decision support. Work closely with the Quality operational team, EDW, and Data Analytics teams to assist with innovative solutions for workflow issues and optimizations to improve quality of care for our patients while balancing regulatory requirements for documentation and reporting. Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of assigned tickets both individually and for the team. Lead medium/large sized projects following PMO defined processes. Lead the development and maintenance of application documentation/build standards. Review and update Epic registries to stay aligned with organizational requirements, ensure downstream reporting is consuming the data accurately, and understand how registry data impacts workflows. Assist in identifying and prioritizing the work for the team. Prepare reports and presentations on project/team activities and results as requested. Serve as a domain expert resource for other team members including mentoring junior team members. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as those within the Ambulatory, Quality, and Clinically Integrated Network operational areas. Partner with senior stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations. Stay at the forefront of the relevant technologies and share knowledge with the organization. Contribute to the development of industry standards and best practices for the team. What you will need: Education: HS Diploma Required (Bachelor Degree preferred). Certifications: EpicCare Ambulatory & Epic Healthy Planet (Current or obtained within 90 days of hire). Experience: Seven (7) or more years of experience relevant to assigned portfolio in a healthcare setting or related industry Unique or Preferred Skills: Epic clinical decision support and registry build. Able to communicate with operational/senior leadership with no direction or coaching. Promotes effect written and verbal communication among peers across the organization and executive leadership. Serves as a key point person for technical and operational leadership for problem resolution and project management. Able to provide technical leadership, guidance, and coaching with little to no supervision. Utilizes effective analytical and troubleshooting skills with no assistance at an expert level. Continually seeks to utilize technology to improve systems and procedures/processes. Typically resolves complex problems where precedent may not exist. Able to operate with substantial latitude in acting and making decisions without supervision. Able to mentor and educate junior team members. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
