Minimum Hiring Wage: From $17.17 per hour Job Details: Scheduled hours: 7:00am-7:00pm, (five shifts per pay period) with every third weekend rotation. Job Description: Provides basic patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse. Serves as patient’s 'Personal Care Champion’ by assisting them with activities of daily living. Provides care & support in the home setting or hospice house with special attention to patient personal care needs in end-of-life care. Perform visits and/or shift work. Qualifications: Prefer Iowa Certified Nurses Aide Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration if required Current Drivers license and proof of insurance for staff performing visits. Must be able to work independently, have good time management skills, and timely documentation.
