Job Type: Regular Work Location: Remote - NJ - Fort Lee Overview: 2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is seeking an experienced Outsystems System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a new Customer Service (CS) system. This role will be based in our Ridgefield Park, NJ office, with on-site presence required. Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship. Receive a competitive salary, paid weekly Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Health/Dental/Vision benefits 401K Program with matching Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Scholarship opportunities for employees and direct family members Employee Assistance Program Leadership Development Program Job Description: Lead internal company process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation and documentation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies Facilitate business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, budget, and expenses Work closely with project teams to monitor project scope and provide timely status/situation updates to all relevant stakeholders Manage relationships and expectations of both internal and external project stakeholders Lead project team meetings to communicate project status, budget, and expense status Simulate overall budget and financial impact with key expense drivers and factors Direct and perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as assigned by management, working independently or with cross-functional teams Assisting in preparing materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to be presented within and outside of PI team Present analysis results to internal and external stakeholders Assisting manager with all project-related tasks No limitation to the scope and services PI provides to the company in its efforts to become Best in Class with premium systems and optimum processes to support its advancement Qualifications 5 years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related field Strong project and program management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Comfortable with ambiguity; exercises sound judgment and decision-making Quick learner of business processes with a passion for driving initiatives on behalf of stakeholders Strategic thinker with end-to-end problem-solving and planning abilities Works well independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and team goals Skilled in conducting research and interviews to grasp new topics, processes, and businesses Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and leading cross-functional teams Strong interpersonal skills; builds relationships across departments and external partners Proven influence and change management capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business functions (sales, ops, logistics, systems, finance) Confident public speaker; able to present project goals and outcomes to varied audiences Leadership potential with experience mentoring and training junior staff Detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to take on new challenges Experience with SaaS tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
