The Field Operations Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking a long-term field management opportunity! As a FOM you will be overseeing a team of Retail Sales Representatives who are demonstrating and promoting Samsung Electronics America industry-changing devices, and creating brand awareness by interacting with prospective customers.
Your Role as a Field Operations Manager is to :
- Coach Field Sales Manager (FS’s) on Samsung products and promotions
- Provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team
- Ensure team is exceeding client expectations and following company policy and procedures
- Motivate and drive team to increase sales within Market
- Maintain a high energy and professional attitude at all times
- Create a memorable and positive experience for customers
- Assist in driving sales and customer experience

Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and / or exceed sales and project goalsPersonally accountable for team members and all documentation pertaining to team productivityResponsible to accurately track sales, events and merchandising projectsSuccessfully develop and build territory relationships through networkingEffectively provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the teamSuccessfully determine staffing requirements in accordance with client and company directivesEnsure proper training of sales techniques, products, policies, etc.Administer and document all counselling's and terminations accurately and in a timely manner while following established proceduresContribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as neededTravel to locations regularly throughout the territoryEnsure adherence to all company policies and proceduresAttend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of region as neededAssist in temporarily overseeing retail locations as business needs dictateDress and act professionally at all timesPerform all other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements :
Ensure team meets established weekly / monthly projects goals / quotasCustomer / client satisfaction based on the territory's rejection percentages and substantiated complaintsMaintain proper head-count across regionsQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred3-5 years retail and sales management experience requiredSuperior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skillsProven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solveCapable of working autonomously with excellent time management skillsMust be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hoursAbility to manage by P&L standards across the entire business unitReliable transportation and proof of insuranceJ-18808-Ljbffr
