Job Description : Responsibilities :
Lead Development Team : Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive team success.Custom Salesforce Development : Oversee the development and maintenance of our custom application, Pulse, built on top of Salesforce; ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable.Robotic Process Automation (RPA) : Lead RPA initiatives using tools like Actian and explore opportunities with Microsoft Automation tools; streamline business processes and improve efficiency through automation.Integrations and Data Management : Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Workday, our data warehouse, and external client data feeds; ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.AI Projects and Innovation : Drive the planning and execution of upcoming AI projects; collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into our technology stack.Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop technology strategies aligned with corporate goals; stay abreast of emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.Project Management : Plan, execute, and finalize development projects within scope, schedule, and budget; communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations.Technical Leadership : Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise across all development efforts; establish best practices and standards for software development and integrations.Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in software development with significant experience in Salesforce development; proven track record of leading and managing development teams.Technical Skills : Expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs; experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Actian and Microsoft Power Automate; strong understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization between systems; familiarity with AI technologies and implementing AI-driven solutions.Leadership Abilities : Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Additional Qualifications : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication skills, both written and verbal; experience with data warehousing concepts and tools; preferred experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
