Junior Account Manager
At 2020 Exhibits, we create custom made exhibits and booth rentals for trade shows and events. We specialize in designing, fabricating, installing and dismantling large- scale custom and rental exhibits, branded corporate interiors, and engaging environments worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Junior Account Manager to join this amazing team. The Junior Account Manager is an administrative position that supports account management. This individual monitors projects and facilitates projects to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Type : Full-time-Onsite
Hours : Monday-Friday 8-5
Responsibilities :
- Travel arrangements
- Maintain Event Database in Project
- Arrange meetings for show labor
- Assist Account Managers with administrative duties
- Ensure expense reports are submitted to accounting
- Submit required documentation to show management prior to deadline
- Request certificates of insurance from insurance company for submission to show management
- Schedule in house supervisors for upcoming projects
- Book hotel and flights for traveling personnel
- Request per diem and expense advances from accounting
- Provide job specific information to contractors
- Prepare travel job folders containing renderings, copies of service orders, metal specs, packing list, manifest, truck info, union paperwork, etc. for outbound supervisors
- Compile final costs associated with travel and labor for account managers
- Ensure all credit card receipts are submitted to accounting dept. on a timely basis (weekly)
