What You’ll Do
✔ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and efficiency.
✔ Develop and grow our craft cocktail menu.
✔ Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding service
✔ Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee beverage.
✔ Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5 years of restaurant management experience, including beverage management
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.
✔ Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS Toast systems.
