Are you seeking a unique opportunity to be part of the television industry? We are seeking Booking Associate Producers (Business Development) & Create Branding of Products to identify and secure Brand Participants who will be featured on our Original television shows. This is a key position within the business development and programming relationship department, responsible for developing unique, captivating storylines about relevant topics for each show's theme and signing nationally recognized brands including Fortune 500 companies to participate in a show segment.

We are a fully integrated multi-media, digital video, and television production facility with state-of-the-art studio facilities located in Deerfield FL with a focus of positively impacting people's lives through media.

Responsibilities Include

  • Research : Research appropriate brands (products / brand name products) or guests for our Original shows. Identify appropriate decision makers.
  • Relationship / Business Development : Qualify national brands for potential fit with overall show theme and specific show segments.
  • Creative Thinking : Develop segment concepts that align with the show theme, areas of interest, and editorial calendar. Seek and help create interesting stories that meet the needs of the target audience.
  • Partnership / Business Development : Present partnership opportunity and funding requirements to decision makers and / or corporate executives. Secure brand participants (business development / relationships).
  • Goals : Meet weekly and monthly KPIs (key performance indicators) related to new story ideas and secured brand participants.
  • Recurring Business / Relationships : Maintain relationship with brand partners for future opportunities.

Required Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Creative abilities needed to develop stories for brand product participants in our shows.
  • Prior sales experience in a creative environment.
  • Previous B2B sales or business development.
  • Computer proficient with intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to learn new software systems.
  • Open, coachable and flexible to how success is proven and achieved.
