Electrical Sales Manager
Company & Role Overview
Our client, a " full-service commercial, industrial, and residential contractor in Norcross, Georgia, has been in business since 2006. They seek an experienced sales manager who can drive sales with their skills and lead a team of motivated sales representatives.
As Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales department. Your role will be to support the sales team through talent acquisition, training, and mentoring to ensure the teams success in their roles. This position will also be responsible for managing pipelines, sales forecasting, attainment of company sales goals, and the successful closing of sales, including understanding and reviewing contracts. This position will play a key role in the success of the overall company in meeting and exceeding annual targets and goals.
Responsibilities
Setting targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
Building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue
Hiring and training sales staff
Relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas
Generating leads to divide among Sales staff
Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Managing budgets
Experience and Qualifications
3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
Electrical or similar industry experience
Strong sales track record with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
Effective recruitment and onboarding experience
Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis and reporting
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
Be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven driven with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce. Etc.)
Compensation & Location
This position will be based in Norcross, GA. This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, performance bonus, PTO, 401K with company match, and comprehensive medical benefits.
