QUALIFICATIONS
• Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Minnesota
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within an inter-disciplinary team and with referring physicians to provide high quality patient care
• Oriented toward providing evidence-based, patient centered care
• Passionate about quality, service excellence, safety, process improvement, programmatic development and team building
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; experience with the EPIC electronic medical record is a significant plus
• Proven ability to create a positive and productive environment that promotes collegiality and innovation in all settings
• Willingness to be involved in cardiovascular research

• Regional service area: 460,000
• Metro population: 125,000
COMPENSATION
• $754,918. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
