**Job Summary:**
Growing commercial cleaning company seeking reliable, detail-oriented Janitors and Office Cleaners to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and satisfaction of our accounts, including healthcare, office, manufacturing and warehouse spaces. All equipment and supplies provided by company. Several locations available in Vicksburg, MS and the surrounding areas with flexible days and hours. Build your own schedule.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform floor maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing hard-surface floors.
- Operate specialized floor equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and carpet extractors.
- Clean and maintain carpeted areas, including spot cleaning and full carpet extraction.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
**Experience:**
- Previous floor tech, cleaning, or janitorial experience preferred but not necessary. Willing to train.
- Experience with floor care equipment is a plus.
**Skills:**
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
