What You'll Do (Your Role in the Magic)
- Draft Estate Planning Documents: Trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives—your expertise will help turn ideas into legally sound plans.
- Guide Clients Through Trust Funding: Provide clients with the tools and guidance they need to fund their trusts successfully.
- Manage Probate Matters: Fill out probate forms, shepherd cases through the court system, and keep clients informed every step of the way.
- Communicate with Clients: Build relationships and keep the process smooth—clients will look to you for clarity and confidence.
- Data Entry & Organization: Keep client info up-to-date across various databases because attention to detail matters.
- Collaborate with Our Team: Work alongside our incredible staff on joint and individual projects. (No egos here, just teamwork!)
- Be a Project Manager: Each client’s matter is a project, and you’ll be the go-to person ensuring tasks stay on track and deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For (AKA, You!)
- Communication Rockstar: You know how to explain things to people in a way that feels approachable and clear.
- Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Typos? Not on your watch. Missed deadlines? Never. You’re the person who notices everything.
- Self-Starter with a Team Spirit: You can work independently like a boss, but you also love being part of a team that supports each other.
- Tech-Savvy Wizard: Huge bonus points if you’re familiar with WealthCounsel or other estate-planning-specific software.
- Kind & Smart Go-Getter: You genuinely care about the work you do and the people you’re helping, and you’re always looking to learn and improve.
Perks of the Job
- Part-Time Flexibility with Growth Potential: Start part-time and work flexible hours while getting to know the ropes. As the business grows, this position will transition into a full-time role.
- Remote: Work from anywhere in your comfiest sweatpants (or don’t—we’re not here to judge). However, we may need you to pop in the office on occasion, so "somewhat proximity" to Sudbury, Massachusetts is required.
- Empowerment: You’ll have real responsibility and autonomy.
- Great Team Vibes: We’re spunky, caring, and committed to serving clients while having a little fun along the way.
If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you! Send us your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’re the ideal fit for our team. Bonus points if you make us laugh or surprise us with your creativity!
Let’s work together to help clients protect what matters most—and have a great time doing it.
