About the Role
21Shares is seeking a creative Social Media Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing social media strategy and presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with the online community
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with 21Shares' marketing goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms
- Work with external partners to produce partner content, reports, and co-marketing with vendors and other non-contracted industry partners
- Measure the success of social media activities using analytical tools and provide reports on ROI and performance metrics to guide future strategies
- Identify gaps in our existing messaging and define ways to strengthen our brand and voice
- Develop and manage social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with social media policies and guidelines
Qualifications :
NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
