What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Manager position at 21 Main at North Beach?
We are looking for Hospitality managers for Multiple Locations on North Beach Resort.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
1. Experience in MICROS
2. At least two years food/beverage management experience
3. Strong Beverage & Food Knowledge
4. Time Management & Multi-tasking ability
The manager will be responsible for:
5. Recruiting, Hiring, Training and Scheduling Staff
6. Deal with customer issues in a professional manner while ensuring customer satisfaction
7. Ensure policies and procedures are followed
8. Communicate effectively with other managers on property
9. Floating through our various departments to assist in managing several unique Food & Beverage outlets on the Premier Resort on the Grand Strand.
Hourly/Salary negotiable depending on experience level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
