Program Administrator - Group Home
JOB SUMMARY:
Assumes responsibility for the overall operation and quality of the group home program; responsible for providing care, supervision, training, and opportunities for growth to individuals at the group home; supervises, trains and assists group home staff. Works cooperatively with Senior Program Administrator to uphold agency mission, policy and licensing regulations.
Non-exempt (hourly) position

You must have and use sound judgment and tact and be able to effectively communicate with individuals with disabilities.
You must be able to pass all background checks including: Drug screen, physical, PPD, fingerprints, DMV.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Services field, with at least 2 Years in a group home setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid NJ driver's license with an acceptable record of safe driving.
- Able to pass all background check procedures.
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with persons with developmental disabilities; provide direct program services to persons with developmental disabilities; determine the needs and abilities of persons served; solve problems systematically; communicate using resourcefulness and tact.
- Strong computer skills.

Pay: $25.08 - $25.80 per hour
