What You’ll Do
Account Management (75%):
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients.
- Build trusted relationships with HR and recruiting leaders, offering proactive guidance and support.
- Identify upsell opportunities and manage renewals to drive additional revenue growth.
- Lead engaging product demos, trainings, and solution discussions.
- Partner with clients to coordinate smooth migrations and implementations of tech solutions like ADP and UKG.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
- Troubleshoot potential challenges to ensure a seamless client experience.
