Equipment Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment to various locations in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to load and unload products safely. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deliveries and professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including passenger trucks, flatbeds, and semi trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ability to properly chain down equipment and open to possible load adjustments.
• Load and unload medium equipment and heavy equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation through mobile app.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure that all deliveries are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to load and unload products safely, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
• Must possess a valid Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
