We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to specifically support one of our clients, a Jewish Community Center (JCC), by blending client relationship management with efficient project oversight.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of primarily remote work, with regular on-site visits (approximately twice per week) at the JCC to facilitate important face-to-face interactions and support key project milestones.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Jewish Community Center account, building strong and maintaining lasting relationships.
- Lead regular virtual and in-person meetings with JCC stakeholders, clearly communicating project progress and expectations.
- Translate JCC goals into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage multiple marketing projects for JCC, across multiple departments, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, leading discussions and follow-ups for successful project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, manage any scope adjustments, and promptly address potential issues or challenges.
- Regularly report on project progress to internal stakeholders and JCC contacts.
Internal Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate effective communication between JCC, internal teams, and external contractors to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the team to solve problems, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality outcomes consistently tailored to JCC's unique mission and goals.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management and Project Management, preferably with experience supporting community centers, nonprofits, or similar organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency with task management software (e.g., Asana).

Compensation:
- Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
