Position Overview:
215 Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Website Production Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow in the digital marketing space. This role supports our production team in executing, organizing, and quality-checking website projects across a variety of industries, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality web experiences for our clients.
The ideal candidate brings a foundation in digital marketing, experience with website QA and content implementation, and strong organizational skills. This person will help streamline project workflows, contribute to internal documentation, and support key website functions including SEO, testing, and task coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience supporting website projects or digital marketing efforts
- Experience with WordPress (admin experience; ACF, Yoast plugin a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and ability to implement basic SEO metadata
- Experience with task/project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Basic understanding of QA principles and attention to visual/functional website details
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Email)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and improve internal processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative attitude
- Familiarity with time tracking tools (e.g., Harvest) is a plus
- Availability during core production hours (9–5 EST)

Responsibilities/Role:
- Assist in organizing and documenting content for website builds
- Support task management in Asana (assignments, status tracking, internal coordination)
- Track time entries related to website tasks using Harvest
- Conduct pre-launch and post-launch website QA using team checklists
- Identify issues such as broken links, layout mismatches, or display errors
- Help implement and verify 301 redirects, mobile responsiveness, and forms
- Input and QA basic SEO data (titles, meta descriptions, slugs) via WordPress plugins like Yoast
- Import and format blog content, checking for image placement and internal links
- Draft and organize client-submitted content and feedback
- Join internal and client meetings as a note-taker or content coordinator
- Maintain internal SOPs and checklists for production workflows
- Contribute ideas for improving QA processes and internal documentation

Competitive Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $22–$30/hour, depending on experience and credentials
- 1099 contractor structure to start, with potential for full-time employment
