Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing title processing and ensuring compliance with the Alvin system. This position requires knowledge of vehicle title processing and the current Alvin system. We are looking for a part time title clerk to so 10-15 titles a week. Keep track of title location and make sure they are in the proper place.
Responsibilities
- Process title documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on property titles, including contacting auctions, other dealerships etc. to locate information. Weekly to Bi-weekly titl checks are mandatory to ensure all title's are accounted for.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding title status, documentation requirements, and any issues that may arise during the title process.
