The MHW 1 provides basic patient care and assists psychiatric patients with the function her/his own abilities. This is achieved through individual and group processes that provide a safe environment for psychiatric patients, visitors and employees. Our Psychiatric team is searching for individuals who are good communicators, those who take initiative, and team players! The MHW 1 practices in accordance with current established standards of care, the Policies and Procedure of the BHS Department, the Powers Health policies and procedures, and supports the mission and philosophy of Powers. Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be willing to receive mandatory BLS CPR & CPI Training on the job
