Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Reservation Agent role located in Bentonville, AR at 21c Museum Hotel. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling phone reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and other administrative duties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Reservations, and Receptionist Duties
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
