Job Title : Social Media & Content Coordinator
Reports To : Creative Director
Location : San Leandro Brewery
Schedule : Monday - Friday : 9AM - 5PM
We are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will conceptualize and create compelling visual content, tell engaging stories, and craft unique experiences for our audience. The ideal candidate has a refined eye for design, a passion for social media, and the ability to capture and create captivating content, including videography, photography and motion design. Animation skills are a plus! You will engage with our audience, stay ahead of social media trends, and introduce our craft beers to new markets and demographics, while solidifying brand loyalty among our existing customers.

- Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
- Manage all social media platforms for 21st Amendment, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Threads
- Develop and execute content strategies for all platforms, including social media, website, e-commerce, and merchandise
- Create engaging social media content focused on the brewery, Taproom, Brewpub, events, and offsite locations
- Work with the Creative Director to implement effective sponsored ad campaigns
- Assist with promotional event planning and execution at both the SF Brewpub and San Leandro Taproom locations
- Provide content support for all brand marketing efforts
- Deliver high volumes of quality content under tight deadlines
