*Job Summary* As an Escrow Officer at 21st Century Escrow, your comprehensive understanding of escrow processes will be essential to facilitate successful real estate transactions from start to finish. You will serve as a neutral third-party, making sure all conditions of a real estate transaction are met before title is transferred and funds are disbursed. *Duties* * Oversee all aspects of escrow transactions, from the preparation of escrow instructions to the disbursement of funds. * Review real estate contracts to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. * Prepare and revise all necessary documents, including but not limited to escrow instructions, deeds, and affidavits. * Communicate regularly with all parties involved, providing updates and addressing queries promptly. * Ensure strict adherence to escrow-related laws and regulations * Basic math skills and experience with escrow procedures * Coordinate with the Director of Escrow and other colleagues to continually improve service quality and efficiency.
