What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at 21st Century Healthcare?
Job Summary: Responsible for administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department.
Reports To:
· Human Resources Director
Essential Functions:
· Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
· Assist with recruiting, pre-screening candidates and other areas of onboarding, including orientation.
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date confidential human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Performs periodic audits.
· Provides support to the HR department.
· Assist with payroll functions.
· Assists with planning and execution of special events.
· Perform general office duties such as making badges, ordering supplies and uniforms, maintaining records management systems.
· Accurately maintains various tracking systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
· Prior related office experience preferred.
· Computer Skills – Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and other business-related software
