Job Skills / Requirements
The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaning staff, and ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for someone with strong supervisory experience and bilingual communication skills to manage diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure quality service.
- Assign cleaning tasks and monitor progress to meet company standards.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
- Inspect work areas and address any areas that need improvement.
- Handle client communication and resolve any cleaning-related issues.
- Maintain inventory and manage cleaning supplies.
- Ensure all cleaning is completed efficiently, safely, and to company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning supervision or a related field.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work morning shifts, with availability for other shifts as needed.
