Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of night porters.
- Oversee nightly operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor security procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with staff and clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts.
