Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality and Process Improvement Manager to oversee and improve the quality of services provided across multiple facilities, as well as to drive process improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring our janitorial services meet the highest standards and identifying areas for operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, and process optimization, and will be comfortable reporting KPIs to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Management:
- Oversee daily quality control of janitorial services across all sites, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying any areas of concern, and developing solutions to address these issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service performance.
- Process Improvement Initiatives:
- Lead process improvement projects, with a focus on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall service quality.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.
- Use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement efforts across the business.
- Training and Development:
- Ensure all staff are trained on quality standards and best practices for janitorial services.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, helping them meet and exceed quality expectations.
- Travel & Fieldwork:
- Regularly travel within Little Rock and other Arkansas towns, including Camden and Bentonville, for site inspections, client meetings, and process improvement implementation.
- Be hands-on and self-driven in conducting facility inspections and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a quality control or process improvement role, ideally in the service industry.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to report on and analyze performance data.
- Familiarity with janitorial services or facility management is a plus.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel locally (within Little Rock and surrounding towns) as required.
- A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
