What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver Flatbed position at 21st Century Personnel?
Seeking experienced Class A flatbed drivers who are serious & ready to start work in the next 2 weeks.
You must have 1 full year of OTR driving experience in the last 3 years. 6 months of that MUST be flatbed experience. MUST ALSO HAVE PRIOR STEEL HAULING EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.
No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
Upstanding MVR required with no safety terms
5,000 sign on bonus with $750 paid out to you after your 1st load delivers
Open door management
Newer automatic trucks
Home EVERY WEEKEND
Paid 27% of revenue on ALL MILES
1,200 - $1,500 per week
30 tarp pay. 50% of loads will be tarped
Layover & detention
Great full benefits package available the 1st day of the month after hire
Paid time off
5 day orientation in AL
