modSTORAGE is seeking a full-time sales manager for our self-storage facility in Laramie, WY. Management experience and light maintenance/ cleaning experience is preferred in a high-performance and customer service driven environment. Sales and self-storage experience are a plus. Must have a valid ID, personal vehicle. Weekends are required.

modSTORAGE is looking for an individual to join our team who is highly motivated, organized, and profit driven in a customer service environment. We offer bonuses based on rental volume and a generous benefits package. This is a cross platform sales position that will work with self-storage rentals, Uhaul reservations, and retail sales. This position will also be responsible for facility maintenance and cleanliness for a significant portion of the work-week. modSTORAGE is an equal opportunity employer that provides onsite training that will lead to valuable experience and generous bonus potential.

● Organization and file management

● Oversee and maintain an immaculate facility

● Retail sales

● Work with contractors and vendors

Cleaning storage units, maintaining grounds, snow removal, repairs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
