Our client, the world's number one entertainment streaming platform is looking for a Sr Recruiter with experience in Executive Search and located in Los Angeles. CA to work a hybrid schedule in Hollywood, CA for a 6 month contract that may convert to a full-time employee.
This position requires robust experience in the creative executives for film / content space, candidates without this experience will not be considered. You must have at least 8 years of experience in this vertical.
Hourly pay rate is $100-120.00 per hour PTO and benefits are available through Talent Table. Our client offers complimentary meals / beverages / snacks.
You must be able to work onsite in Hollywood, CA. No H1Bs and must be able to work in the US.
Our client is seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to join their Content TA Team. You will partner with business leaders leading their content creative, production, and strategy teams while aligning closely to their broader stakeholders in Talent, Compensation and Legal. They are a fast paced organization and are seeking an experienced recruiter who can thrive and execute effective recruiting strategies while keeping candidate experience top of mind.
Core Responsibilities
- Search Execution
- Own discovery (research), and engagement of search execution across various levels of (Coordinators - Directors) for their Content teams.
- Ability to deep dive into creative talent pools not prevalent on Linkedin
- Own searches full cycle or with a research partner
- Partner :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their show dynamics and production needs
- Coach and advise hiring managers on recruiting approaches and strategies based on your growing knowledge of the talent market, compensation trends,and competitive landscape
- Stay highly aligned to Talent HRBPs to ensure a cohesive approach with business and business needs.
- Evaluate :
- Lead assessment of every stage of the recruiting process from initial screen through to offer stage, ensuring all involved parties are assessing against therole criteria and studio values in an unbiased and inclusive way
- Offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to craft data and talent-informed competitive offers for candidates while still being fiscally responsible with theproduction budget
