Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of highly visible, complex projects in support of client or process improvement related efforts for the ICS Quality Management Organization.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming to our Edgewood, Long Island OR Coppell, Texas office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely and seamlessly across multiple departments including Client Relations, Information Security, IT Development, Quality Assurance, Production Operations, and senior management; facilitates lines of communication between subject matter experts and project team to effectively build client-facing communications.
• There is a strong emphasis on creating client-facing incident reports, ensuring comprehensive root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective actions when necessary.
• Develops and updates project plans, resolves project and resource conflicts, facilitates solutions across department boundaries, tracks and communicates progress of multiple concurrent projects and drives a sense of urgency and commitment across all projects
• Ensures the successful completion of assigned projects and programs by effectively facilitating, tracking and reporting status, leveraging tools and resources such as consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting, in support of Broadridge and department specific strategic goals and objectives
• Reviews all projects including the assessment of risk to timeline, budget, customer satisfaction, as well as managing impact of changes to project scope.  Identifies project bottlenecks, risks and opportunities, provides analyses and recommendations on progress of projects and serves as the escalation point for senior management related to project specific issues
• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Project management experience including the management of projects or multiple projects combined into a program with demonstrated success
• Proficient in MS-Excel and Power Point, and familiarity with PowerBI.
• 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
• Proven track record of delivering results
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Technical expertise preferred including knowledge of the software development lifecycle, product development, information security and incident management.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: 77,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD annual
