Plans, develops and implements techniques for ensuring the maintenance of quality levels for the corporation. Reviews product designs, establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality standards, directs inspection services, coordinates manufacturing and engineering, and confers with customers to define and resolve product quality problems. Monitors operations to ensure that they meet production standards. Recommends adjustments to the assembly or production process. Inspects, tests, or measures materials or products being produced. Creates, updates and tracks changes of internal processes and procedures.

-Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience
-Performs tasks according to established procedures
-Entry-level position with little or no prior relevant training or work experience
-Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision little autonomy

Compensation Range: The salary for this position is $18.25 per hour, plus 3.5% shift differential. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
