Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct roof inspections to assess condition and identify repair or replacement needs.
- Educate homeowners on findings and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide detailed and transparent estimates for roofing services.
- Build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required – we provide training!
- Comfortable working outdoors and on-site at customer homes.
- Detail-oriented and able to identify roofing issues during inspections.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.
