We have just opened the Business Sales Associate role and are looking for someone who is passionate about business development and who wants to help us drive these campaigns to achieve growth and success.
To put it simply, we are a client sales and management firm that works with the nation’s top talent in the telecommunication field. We bridge the gap between our clients and their customers by adding in that human touch. Through carefully built relationships and mastery of our client’s products and services, we have been able to expand our reach throughout the region and have our sights set on the Bakersfield area.
As a Business Sales Associate You Will :
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns by working face to face with client customers to establish lasting relationships, answer questions, and sell products and services
- Collaborate with other members of the sales and marketing team to ensure success as a whole
- Master all client product knowledge to be able to answer questions and overcome objections
- Follow all client compliance guidelines when interacting with customers
- Attend daily campaign meetings where sales and marketing goals are laid out
- Receive cross-training on aspects of leadership in order to advance within the company
Requirements of a Business Sales Associate :
This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in Bakersfield, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
