Hourly pay rate: $20.00-$21.25
About this position:
- Foster emotional connections with children through engaging activities.
- Open and manage the Family Club room for children aged 4-10.
- Ensure proper sign-in/out procedures.
- Manage charges for children's time in the room.
- Supervise up to 6 children while maintaining a clean environment.
- Adhere to Marriott Brand Standards for guest safety.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with associates, management, and guests.
- Complete assigned tasks according to core values.
- Any other additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Hospitality industry knowledge preferred.
- Positive attitude and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Auditory and visual acuity for equipment operation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and speak for extended periods.
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Compliance with hotel rules and regulations is mandatory.
Salary : $20 - $21
