Job Description:
- Basic maintenance needs (painting, cleaning, sheetrock patching, small fixture replacement, etc.)
Description: Under direct or general supervision, performs unskilled and semiskilled craftwork in the maintenance and repair of AHA-owned properties; outdoor maintenance and grounds work on buildings, landscaped areas, parking lots, and related facilities; performs routine preventive electrical and plumbing maintenance work.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Some experience in skilled maintenance and repair of buildings or grounds.
- Active driver's license; and ability to be covered on AHA' fleet insurance policy.
- Construction experience in rehab, new construction, remodel, residential.
