Title : Cloud Architect / SME
Client : NARA (National Archives and Records Administration)
Location : College Park, MD (hybrid)
NARA has a multi-cloud contract through a reseller to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. The vendor shall provide infrastructure and operations support for these NARA cloud and on premise environments.
- The Vendor shall partner with NARA’s Government Operations, Security, Systems Engineering and the CCOE to manage the NARA’s cloud infrastructure.
- The Vendor will support the NARA’s cloud infrastructure in a tiered fashion in accordance to the level of cloud support as required by the program teams.
- The Vendor shall operate and maintain network connectivity (such as Direct Connect and VPN), Cloud Account access management, Remote Desktop solutions such as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Workspaces to programs that are hosted in the cloud.
- The Vendor will work with NARA’s Operations, Security, Systems engineering and CCOE to provide access management support to all cloud infrastructures using NARA’s Enterprise Single Sign On solution.
- The Vendor shall collaborate with NARA Government staff on the cloud architecture, provide implementation plans, and complete the development of the NARA GSS cloud infrastructure.
