Title: Dietary Aides / Dining Services
Duration: 6 months
Shift Time: 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Tray Line, Meal Service and Food Cart Distribution - portions hot/cold food items onto trays, monitors temps, loads meals into food carts for distribution, delivers food carts to teams.
- Safety and Sanitation - cleans and sanitizes production area, dining room, kitchen equipment and kitchenware, diet office, bathroom, etc.
- Assists with Production Cooking - under direct supervision, assists with preparing, portioning, seasoning and cooking all menu food items.
- Production Cooking - prepares meals using standardized recipes, written instructions, portion sizes, production sheets, food safety guidelines, and a variety of commercial food service equipment.
- Assures food is attractive, appetizing and at proper temperatures.
