Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales and Account Manager. The position involves managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, generating leads, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand sales and revenue
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities
- Foster strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience working with SLED customers in sales, business development, or account management
- Able to establish and maintain strategic partnerships
- Will travel for client meetings as needed
